Come 25th September AION will be released in North America and Europe. AION: The Tower of Eternity, as it was previously called is a massive multiplayer online role playing game, earlier released in Asia, precisely in Korea and China.
The Korean based game developers NCsoft has created a unique world of fantasy, with lots of amazing graphics recreating the environment that is simply mind blowing. The basis of the game is two racers pitted against each other.

Choosing the character:
Two racers Elyos (Angels) and Asmodian (Demons), you chose one to begin the game.
With a bit of imagination and creativity, customize your character. AION comes with the color palette that has the most extensive range of hues. You can give the eyes, lips, hair, and skin any color you wish. With sliders for almost every feature of the body, you can create a character that is a masterpiece.
With the standard user friendly interface such as keyboard buttons used by most MMOs, left mouse to move and right to turn on the camera you are able to immediately focus on the game. On the main screen you will find all your character's primary stats, defensive skills, resistances, backpack contents and gold totals. You can also open different tabs of information, inventory, a map, etc. There are at least 50 hidden titles, complete one quest and you can open the next.
The combat is quite similar to the combat style of traditional MMO, WoW, WAR and EQ2 and seems more like a positional attack system. It comes with standard tab targeting system, and a mini map color code which shows a red color for the aggressive monsters. The user friendly features come into play once more telling new inexperienced players when to seize an opportunity to strike.
The quests are divided into normal quests and campaigning quests, like all MMOs, it is all about acquiring things and killings; spotting on the map is easy, if the character has already visited the location.
Buy a skill book and learn the skills you need for the game, after reaching level 10 you will get DP or Divinity Points, from there on you will be learning six crafting skills; cooking, sewing, learning to make armor, alchemy, how to do blacksmith work, and handiworks. Although not necessary, taking many crafting skills may come in handy.
There are shops were you can buy stuff. Or you can set your shop, collect your weapons and sell them. Prices are cheaper for the winning side.
Players are going to be immersed in this fantasy world created by amazing graphics with sounds well composed in the background. Explore the three parts of this world, the Elyos, the Asmodian, and the Abyss, each section divided into five more sections and a city with scenes both from mythology and nature. The sound and lighting system creates the perfect feel of lighting and rain in this virtual world. PvP zone or the Abyss is where large battles will be taking place. You must earn PvP points for participation in PvP, as you win battles, you will be earning your ranks.
Exploring will be more fun when you acquire wings, which is when you complete the campaign in level 9. Moreover the user friendly indicator will tell you which areas are no fly areas, so that you don't hit invisible walls and land crash.
Last but not the least, there are lots of surprises stored for you in this game. The world of AION is beautifully crafted with characters so real fighting against each other in an interesting background borrowed from mythology. The natural scenery together with the amazing musical compositions creates a real feel in this virtual world. The gamers are surely going to be hooked once the game releases this September.
