Fruits and berries to consume in abundance

Fruits: Pretty much any fruit will work for you. They're digested with relative ease. Supermarkets also have a great number of fruits that you can buy, but I'll mention some fruits from round the world that are incredible!

Acai berries: This Amazonian berry is becoming extremely popular in the American marketing machine.

Yes, it's full of minerals and vitamins, it has healthy omega fats along with other phytochemicals like resveratrol that has been associated with anti-aging and anti-cancer.

Goji berry: These berries in the Himalayas are truly remarkable. They contain 19 protein including 8 essential ones. Pound for pound they've 500 times more Ascorbic acid than oranges, more carotene than carrots, minerals and a lot of other phytochemicals and anti-oxidants.

Camu berry: A local berry from Peru, this reddish-pink, cranberry-looking berry boasts the greatest known Ascorbic acid content associated with a food! It's easily consumed and it has a pleasing sweet and tart flavor.

Pomegranate: It's like your heart, and coincidentally has many heart-healthy phytochemicals. High in potassium, these wonder fruits help to balance our prime salt diet that is standard American fare.

They're pretty simple to take away the seeds if you split it in half and then submerge the fruit in water to get in the seeds!

Grapefruits: Using a good quantity of Vitamins A and C there's also some pretty powerful compounds in the seeds and skin of grapefruits that could be realized if you juice them.

Fresh grapefruit juice could be a powerful addition to your diet but when you're on any medications ask your doctor if you will find any risks with your medication and grapefruit juice.
