You consume too much from it, you are receiving yourself ready for any cardiac arrest. I am talking about, your body are only able to handle so much of these. Most of us have seen young men get cardiac arrest in an early age. So, we all know that fat isn't good.

Not every fat is identical though. Some fat is worse than the others. When it comes to these different types of fat. We now have items that are lower in saturated fats. These would come with meats and cheeses. They do not have as much fat because the items we are referring to next. On the contrary, you've items that are more saturated than meats and cheese. These are usually anything fried. They'll include, donuts, fried potatoes, poker chips.
