If you want to see results, take at least that much time to break bad habits and form new ones. Use your new equipment and make sure you have fun using it, you want to come off it feeling healthier, fitter and with a smile on your face and you will be surprised at how quickly this happens.

Make sure you choose equipment that you will find fun, you don't want something that makes you feel as though you are trapped in a medieval instrument of torture.
