Depending on the casino, individuals may need four to six years of experience working in gaming. Some of that experience needs to be working in the bingo area. One to two years supervisory experience is also required. Individuals must have a total understanding and knowledge of the rules, regulations, and procedures of the casino and those of bingo operations. Bingo Managers are not represented by a union.
