However, you will get a professional to manage the project's flow from begin to finish.

Caution, though: You will find large differences between one design-build firm and an additional. Some design-build firms can save you money. The better ones take the time to investigate what isn't working in your house and why. Then they design an efficient and aesthetically pleasing solution.
