Why people (especially Oracle DBAs) changes job so frequently in IT field

Important reasons of why people (Specially Oracle DBA) change their job frequently in I.T field.

Important factors and reasons behind jumping trend and frequent change job in I.T market.

This is burning problem in information technology industry. Many analysts have been trying to get exact reasons for same problem to prevent such situation.

Dbametrix investigated this situation and provides some detail of same problem and solutions.

When new joinee (or fresher Oracle DBA) joins company, he is not aware of work environment of company. Senior colleagues are providing him/her some training and after spending some days or months new joinee (Jr.Oracle DBA) set himself or herself in present environment. In short company gives him/her proper time to set themselves in company for proper adjustment with environment.

When this employee (Jr.Oracle DBA) is leaving from same company after spending some times. Company again takes new employee and trains him. This scenario is now general. Now on days this type of scenario is very general. Why this thing happening with every company and with most of employees?

Here you can find out some of reasons for same.

1. For better prospectus employee leaves present company. If you ask him for which reason he joined past company you will get same answer ( kidding!!!!).

2. Present company doesn't pay so much and newer company gives good hike. This is also common reason. Here both are guilty, employee and employer. Because most of cases, present company doesn't take care of employee and doesn't check market rate of them. Due to this reason company fails to provide proper hike. Some of cases after getting good hike candidate leave company for another good hike. In this cases employee's greediness found.

3. Location problem. In this case relocation problem is including. People (Oracle DBAs) are trying set themselves in present location but they are not adjusting themselves. In some of cases, company is transferring them to another location or work area or site, and they are not interested to work in new location or work area or site.

4. Not getting job satisfaction in present company. This scenario is also common. People (or Oracle DBAs) are on bench and not getting any kind of work or allocated any work those (Oracle DBAs) are leaving companies due to this reason.

5. Language problem. This scenario is very rare but same as location problem. Because in this situation people tried to adjust but failed and change company with same problem.

6. Changes are essential. Sometime people become bore after spending long time in same field and environment. Everybody likes change in life. Changer never discloses this reason to anybody. But this can be one of reason for changing job.

7. Getting foreign break in another new company. This is same as reason no.1 and 3.

8. For switching to another work area. This reason is becoming more critical and trend is going high in people. Changes and new technology is being introduced daily. In this situation some people are smarter than other. They learn something new or different than their work area and now they want to work in new domain or work area. Present company doesn't provide chance for same.

As per Dbametrix Solution's investigation, company can take precaution actions or break this trend of changing job.

But when???

May scenario would be changed in every employee in every situation. But who bother this? If company or HR Department should analyze properly then it can be stopped.
